Definitions
Purchaser Refers to "You," the individual who purchased this reservation with enhanced cancellation terms. Reservation The Season Pass or Lift/Pack Ticket purchased through Tsugaike Mountain Resort. Reservation Value The total cost of the Season Pass or Lift/Pack Ticket, defined as the base price of your transaction. Enhanced Cancellation Terms Enhanced cancellation terms granted by Tsugaike Mountain Resort as part of the sale conditions for its Season Passes and Lift/Pack Tickets. They allow you to cancel your Reservation at your own discretion — rather than at the resort's — before the applicable deadline and while the pass or ticket remains unused. Cancellation requests and refunds are administered by Bliss Technologies Inc. on the resort's behalf. The refund amount is as confirmed at checkout and in your purchase confirmation email. The difference between the enhanced-terms price and the standard price is non-refundable. Bliss Bliss Technologies Inc., which administers cancellation requests and refunds on Tsugaike Mountain Resort's behalf.

What are the enhanced cancellation terms?

These terms allow you to cancel your Season Pass or Lift/Pack Ticket for any reason, provided all of the following apply:

  • Season Pass: Cancel by January 31, 2027 (or before first use)
  • Lift/Pack Ticket: Cancel by March 31, 2027 (or before first use)
  • Your pass or ticket has not been used
Upon eligible cancellation, 80% of the non-refundable ticket price is refunded to you.

Important Notes

  • The difference between the enhanced-terms price and the standard price is non-refundable.
  • These terms do not apply to additional services or other fees.
  • These terms apply from 12:01 AM JST the day after purchase until the applicable deadline above or until your pass/ticket is first used—whichever comes first.
⚠ All cancellations must be requested before use and by the applicable deadline.

When these terms do not apply

These terms do not apply to:

  • Cancellations initiated by Tsugaike Mountain Resort
  • Cancellations requested after the applicable deadline
  • Cancellations requested after your pass or ticket has been issued or used

Price

A reservation with enhanced cancellation terms is sold at the standard price plus a set amount, as displayed at checkout. That difference is non-refundable, including where no cancellation is requested.

How to cancel

If you'd like to cancel, unless otherwise indicated, please contact Bliss.

  1. Confirm your pass is unused and within the applicable deadline above, then email support@cancelwithbliss.com.
  2. Bliss will review your request and coordinate with Tsugaike Mountain Resort to confirm your pass has been invalidated.
  3. Once invalidation is confirmed, we'll send you a link to the refund portal. Enter your refund details there to complete the process.

No reason or supporting documentation is required. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after you submit your details via the portal.
